Multi-Core Technology

Quad-core
Intel recently released the Quad Core CPU code named Kentsfield.  This CPU is available in QX6600 and QX6700 series, each have four processors clocked at 2.4 Ghz and 2.66 Ghz respectively, with 4 MB of cache per core, giving unprecedented performance to everyday users.  The four execution cores enables the processor to perform applications that demand multitasking, running computer intensive applications at the same time.
